If you are looking to engage in a real conversation with your current and perspective clients in order to greatly expand the reach and effectiveness of your marketing, this is the option for you.

By selecting this package, we are assuming that you:

  • Are ready to be in a position where you can deliver a clear and congruent message to your clients and potential clients from start to finish.
  • Are ready to be more efficient and productive.
  • Are ready to have your web site do more for you than it ever has before.
  • Want to add more information on a relevant timely basis and that you want someone to help make sure that information gets where it needs to be without you having to do all of it yourself.
  • Want to have your web site really act as an addition to your sales and support team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 365 days a year to drive more revenue to your business.

When you select this package, we will:

Transfer and/or set up web site

  • Handle the transfer of your site or create a new one for you show you how to look for and “try on” templates so you can choose what you like
  • Customize a template so it best reflects the look and feel of your business
  • Set up your new site
  • Set up the ability to offer new or relevant information to be automatically sent to subscriber list via e-mail

Set up Web 2.0 / Marketing / SEO

  • Set up accounts on appropriate social media sites and channels
  • Transfer over your existing pages if applicable (up to 40 pages) or
  • Post up to 40 pages of content provided by you
  • Choose and add up to 1 licensed royalty free photo per page (up to 40 pages of existing content)
  • Add up to 1 video provided by you per page (web ready – either flash or YouTube) Implement SEO principals to help you get indexed:
  1. Search Engine Friendly URLS
  2. Relevant page titles, meta tags and keywords for your pages
  3. Traffic statistics collection to know what traffic is coming to your site
  4. Targeting up to 5 key phrases and optimizing 5 pages on your site for those phrases
  5. Having up to 10 key phrase relevant articles written (2 per keyword) to be submitted to appropriate outside sites
  6. Having your site submitted to at least 10 web 2.0 bookmarking sites
  7. Having your site submitted to 20 web 2.0 Social networking sites
  8. Indexing your site

Training

  • Train the key people in your organization how to add posts and pages (up to 4 hours)

Investment includes first 3 months maintenance and hosting

Monthly maintenance and hosting – (including submitting 2 articles per month to 2 different directories) is strongly recommended.

 

Timeline:

Timeline is contingent upon reasonable (1- 2 business days maximum) responses for information where necessary to move the project ahead from you.

Once project is started, unless otherwise agreed upon, there will be a 6-12 week implementation time.

Training

This option includes all normal transfer and set up fees at your host and ongoing hosting fees as long as the maintenance program is in effect.

Investment: $ 5,000 – $ 10,000 depending on size and complexity.
Ongoing monthly retainer for hosting and marketing: $175 – $775

Gold Package: (Medium Sized Business)

  • Transfer over your existing pages if applicable (up to 70 pages) while making sure you retain any Google rank and reputation they have already earned
  • Add up to 1 licensed royalty free photo per page (up to 70 pages of existing content)
  • Add up to 1 video provided by you per page (web ready – either flash or YouTube)
