"in light if the results I am producing, what has to be true about who I'm being?"

“what is it you want to be true of you in your work that isn’t… yet?”

it is clear that in being able to change the very ground of being
someone stands on in relationship to their work, what they do and the
results they produce will invariably

change. "what is it you want to be true of you in your work that isn’t… yet? And
what are you willing to do to have that finally be true for you?
"

I definitely want to be clear in my communication w. others. lately, in the rush to say things quickly, I lost my audience. I confused them. Therefore, the results I was producing were not close to my goal and certainly notwhat I waned to be true about myself.

For a moment I felt offended that this person and others did not understand me. But now I know I am willing to swallow my pride and make the changes necessary in my communication (as best I know how) so that I get the results I most value... All feedback is grist for my mill. Thank you! Ann

Yes I have heard the reference to Joseph asking elaborate questions then.....no response which was the response. My questions is can you share your thoughts about the quality of the questions being influenced by one's ontological postion?

Best,

T

Hi T,

Have you ever listed to any of Joseph Riggio's early stories about his Mentor, Roye Frasier?

Interesting stuff... about how Joseph would ask these really elaborate complicated questions and be totally thrown off when Roye would at best, ignore him.

That has always stuck with me.

Anyway, I am wondering what you are actually asking for here...?
